How long does it take for my order to arrive?

This will depend on the product you order, and it will be detailed on your order confirmation email. If you can’t find what you need, you can email us at

My order hasn’t arrived. What shall I do?

If you think your delivery should have arrived and it hasn’t then there are a few things you could do. Check your order confirmation email and it will have the estimated date of dispatch. Some of our items are made to order by our mamas so may take a little longer to arrive. If you a still worried or haven’t received a response from the seller then just email at us at and we will investigate for you.

I would like to apply to join your community and list my product. How do I do that? Is anyone able to join?

Sellers on the All By Mama website have joined knowing that they are amongst fellow entrepreneurial women who are working flexibly to be with their families. Our communications, vision and ethos are specifically focused on this and supporting flexible working for parents is at the very heart of our business We take an ‘inclusive’ view to the business and are very happy to welcome businesses that are run by fathers, grandparents, carers or those without children if they too are committed to supporting our community and brand values.
