YM-Creations

My name is Amanda Woodier. I live in sunny Blackpool with my husband, Lee and my gorgeous son Hayden. I am a stay at home Mummy, but I keep myself busy trying to come up with new ways for people to enjoy my products.
YM-Creations originally started as YM-Designs which was mainly graphic design services for small to medium businesses. The reason I decided to work from home was because my hubby was in the Army at the time and we had our first (and only, so far!) child, Hayden. I found myself at home with the need to do something with my time so I decided to do something I enjoyed and made a business out of it.

The very first logo I created featured a cupcake image made from just words. A lot of people commented on how they liked the design so I saw this as inspiration to go on and come up with something that I thought was quite unique. I have always liked the idea of people having items that have been created by me and actually liking them and coming back for more and more. Ever since the first orders in 2014, my personalised gifts have been ever popular for many people all over the country and sometimes even the world!
I never thought my ideas would be as popular as they have been. I’ve never really seen myself as an “entrepreneur” either, but I am proud of my achievements so far and hope YM-Creations can continue to be successful for many years to come.
