A smouldering umami flavour with a hint of the sea. Mara’s newest product using Dulse seaweed which has been finely ground and gently smoking it with Applewood shavings to create a deliciously smoky seasoning full of flavour.
Sprinkle on to subtle flavours like eggs, avocado, white fish, nuts or use as a BBQ rub.
Mara’s top tip: have with quail’s eggs for a sophisticated canape or sprinkle on margarita pizza for an extra something.
