Hi and welcome to Wired by Jess. I'm Jess with a slightly crazy obsession for wire. I actually love all things creative but wire it is my material of choice.

Around 7 or 8 years ago I randomly pulled some old cabling apart, found lots of copper wire inside and started creating. So I guess that was the beginning of Wired by Jess. Over the years I played around with many ideas, including the cards. At one point, I became fixated on finding a way to 'freeze' my designs in glass. Glass wasn't an option but this was when I discovered resin. It's taken a little while but resin is another love of mine now!

I love that currently, I've not come across another designer using these materials in the way I do; making my gifts and cards truly unique and giving me a lot of scope to play about creatively.

I had my amazing little girl in the summer of 2013. She is a creative little lady too! Having my daughter has given me the extra drive and focus to push my passion into a small business. I'm enjoying it so much. I'm bursting with new designs. So keep an eye out, there will be lots more to come.
