I am a mum to 3 boys, 16, 14 and nearly 2 years old. I set up Winney and Rose so I could be more flexible for my children. And in January took the plunge to do the business full time and left my job. I love it so much. I get to meet some lovely people, see beautiful houses, have my own mini shop at craft fairs and still fit in kids appointments, swimming and baby groups.

I make Bespoke curtains, blinds and do alterations alongside my creative ready made side of the business, where I made and design Tea and Coffee cosy's, cushions, aprons, etc., and sometimes print my own fabric. I love creating home accessories to give peoples houses a personal touch and am a true believer that textiles make a home. I am lucky to work from a little office at my mums house and so while I am busy working I can still hear the little one and have lunch with him.

I feel very lucky, and while I am working very heard to get my business to grow and feel I work 24 hours a day I am doing something I love and am proud of.
